Do you qualify?

1. If your business employs between 20 - 250 people

2. You are a Managing Director, Director, Owner Manager, C.E.O. or have responsibility for the ensuring the success of your business

3. You can spend about 1 hour completing an online questionnaire and discussing a personal Development Plan with a consultant, (provided free by your local Chamber of Commerce/Business Link)

...then The Learning & Management Initiative will fund a personal grant of up to £1000 for you to participate in courses run by the OUTLOOK TRAINING ORGANISATION, which provides world-class, proven, personal training.

OUTLOOK will provide you with a "TOOLBOX" of personal skills and abilities that will make a real difference to your life, both personally and in business.

Outlook have a balanced suite of four training programmes to meet the challenge of this fantastic initiative.

OUTLOOK TRAINING has carefully selected FOUR of it's Personal Training Programmes and offer these to you in a special bundle of rounded and well-balanced training courses. This package includes....

The OUTLOOK BUSINESS SUITE costs just £990 complete,
and if specified in your Personal Development Plan,
could be fully funded by this initiative.

In all, there's over 83 hours of powerful, personal training. You can take your time and select the individual training dates that suit you and your schedule.

The only condition is that you have to complete OUTLOOK Training before you can commence ESSENCE Training, and that your training should be completed within a 12-month time-span.
