Terms & Conditions of Booking 1. Full payment for the course is due at least 7 days before the course starts. 2. For cancellations received and acknowledged in writing at least 14 days before the course starts, a full refund will be offered. 3. For cancellations received and acknowledged in writing less than 14 days prior to the start date of the course, your payment will not be refundable, but can be utilised at a future date, valid for the next two future course dates. Your payment is not transferrable to be used against other Outlook Courses. 5. In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of The Outlook Training Organisation, the above terms may be varied in your favour.
