SUMMIT Training ...

Summit is a 6-day residential course run in the beautiful Welsh countryside. Summit is a practical training where you work on your mind, body and spirit - and you have the space and time out of your normal busy and hectic life to decide what is truly important to you and how to get there. The training is based at the fantastic Ceridwen Centre, full details of which can be found here. |

You will discover your ability to accomplish goals and find solutions where there is no simple or immediate option available and will look at how to achieve the best from yourself and others. This course revisits many of the topics covered in Outlook and Essence, with the emphasis on applying them in practical situations. |

Each morning starts with a one-mile run with a mental and spiritual context to support you on the run and to translate into your daily life. The course content also includes talks, group exercises, discussions, time alone and countryside walks. The Summit culminates with a Firewalk. |
|

|
|
|
|
During the course you will clarify your purpose, ascertaining what is most important for you - and you will write your own 'Definition of Success' - a context within which to live your life. |
